I am very pleasantly surprised because I did not think they would work so well. The application is child’s play. Just peel off the protective film, stick it in the shoe, put it on, and you’re done. Especially on long and exhausting days, when I played a lot, I noticed the Powerinsole greatly helped with regeneration. Since then, I have felt much fitter the next day than I have before!
